To ensure a smooth experience, please review the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted:

  • Return Period: Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. Beyond this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

  • Condition of Product: Returned products must be in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition. All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Products bought during Mega sales.

    • Gift cards, vouchers, or digital credits.

    • Customized/personalized t-shirts made specifically for you.

  • Eco-Friendly Commitment: We encourage returns only when necessary. Since each return shipment contributes to carbon emissions, we ask our customers to consider whether a return is essential, helping us collectively minimize environmental impact.

 

💰 Refund Process – Step by Step

We’ve designed our process to be clear and fair. Here’s how it works:

  • Request Initiation:

    • Send an email to info@dwyt.store with your order ID, reason for return, and, if applicable, images of the product highlighting the issue.

  • Approval & Return Instructions:

    • Once your request is reviewed, our support team will provide detailed return shipping instructions.

  • Return Shipping:

    • Carefully pack the product in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  • Inspection:

    • Once we receive the product, our quality team will carefully check its condition to verify eligibility for a refund.

  • Refund Timeline:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

    • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).

 

🚚 Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind), customers bear the return shipping cost.

  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong size/product shipped), we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Original Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
