Since 2020, we’ve been dedicated to creating oversized t-shirts made from 240 GSM 100% combed cotton that represent sustainability, durability, and Indian streetwear culture. But we also understand that sometimes you might need a different size or replacement. That’s why we’ve built a hassle-free exchange process—transparent, fair, and eco-friendly.
🧾 Eligibility for Exchanges
Before initiating an exchange, please ensure your product meets the following conditions:

Exchange Window: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

If approved, we’ll send your replacement product (new size or correct item).

If your desired size/item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

Customer Responsibility: Customers must bear the return shipping cost for exchanges (e.g., wrong size ordered).

Our Responsibility: If the exchange is due to a wrong product, defective item, or error on our part, we cover the entire shipping cost.

Original Shipping Charges: Please note, delivery fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

We take product quality seriously, but in the rare case you receive a damaged or defective item:
