Exchange Policy

At dwyt.store, we know that finding the perfect fit matters as much as style and comfort. Since 2020, we’ve been dedicated to creating oversized t-shirts made from 240 GSM 100% combed cotton that represent sustainability, durability, and Indian streetwear culture. But we also understand that sometimes you might need a different size or replacement. That’s why we’ve built a hassle-free exchange process—transparent, fair, and eco-friendly.

 

🧾 Eligibility for Exchanges

Before initiating an exchange, please ensure your product meets the following conditions:

  • Exchange Window: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Non-Exchangeable Items:

    • 'Mega sales' or discounted items.

    • Personalized/customized t-shirts.

    • Gift cards or digital vouchers.

👉 Tip: Always try your t-shirt carefully upon arrival, without removing tags, to ensure the size is right.

 

🔄 How Our Exchange Process Works

  • We’ve simplified exchanges so you don’t have to worry:

  • Initiate Request

    • Email us at info@dwyt.store with your order ID, reason for exchange, and supporting images (if applicable).

  • Approval & Instructions

    • Our team will review your request and provide step-by-step return shipping instructions.

  • Ship the Product Back

    • Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • Inspection

    • Once received, our quality team will check the item’s condition for eligibility.

  • Replacement Shipment

    • If approved, we’ll send your replacement product (new size or correct item).

    • If your desired size/item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

 

🚚 Shipping & Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers must bear the return shipping cost for exchanges (e.g., wrong size ordered).

  • Our Responsibility: If the exchange is due to a wrong product, defective item, or error on our part, we cover the entire shipping cost.

  • Original Shipping Charges: Please note, delivery fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

We take product quality seriously, but in the rare case you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Report it immediately by emailing us at info@dwyt.store with images of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
